Transparency and AI Act Compliance
In compliance with Article 50 of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), QWE Solutions EMEA is committed to transparency regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence within our platform and services.
1. Interaction with AI Systems
You may interact with AI-driven systems (e.g., chatbots, automated workflows, and multi-modal AI agents) when using QWE Solutions EMEA services. All such automated interactions are logged and strictly monitored to ensure compliance and security.
2. Data Sovereignty & Processing
We guarantee that all AI processing occurs exclusively on-premises or within EU-regulated cloud boundaries. No data processed by our AI systems leaves EU jurisdiction.
3. Human Oversight
High-impact automated workflows orchestrated via our Quickwork integration retain strict human-in-the-loop oversight capabilities. Automated decision-making processes are subject to regular audit and manual review.
4. AI-Generated Content
Where applicable, content or data manipulations generated entirely by our AI models will be clearly marked or identifiable as artificially generated, enabling users to distinguish between human and machine output.
